硬膜下血腫と両眼に大量の網膜前出血を合併した乳児の1例

要約　生後5か月の女児が母親の腕から机の上に落ち頭部を打撲した。3日後に痙攣発作が生じた。頭部CT検査で硬膜下血腫と診断され保存的に処置された。その7日後の眼底検査で，両眼の後極部に多量の網膜前出血があった。出血は徐々に消退し黄斑部の色調が1か月後に正常化した。網膜前出血は頭部の打撲によるshaken baby syndromeである可能性がある。
