粘弾性物質併用線維柱帯切除術による緑内障日帰り手術の短期成績

要約　目的：粘弾性物質を併用する線維柱帯切除術による緑内障日帰り手術の短期成績の報告。対象と方法：広隅角緑内障10例11眼を対象とした。年齢は38～76歳（平均62歳）である。前房を維持する目的で，粘弾性物質として低粘度で低分子量のヒアルロン酸ナトリウム製剤を術中に使用し，術後も眼内に残した。術後3か月まで経過を観察した。結果：術後7日までの眼圧値は4～28mmHgで，20mmHg以上の眼圧上昇が4眼にあった。術後2週以後は全例で眼圧が20mmHg以下に安定した。浅前房が4眼にあったが前房消失例はなかった。術後3か月までの眼圧は全例で良好であり，重篤な合併症はなかった。結論：粘弾性物質を併用する線維柱帯切除術により，術後早期の低眼圧を予防することが可能であり，緑内障日帰り手術の安全性を高める術式として評価される。
