症 例

　患者：63歳，男性

　現病歴：格子状角膜ジストロフィⅠ型（R124C）に対し，2004年2月に左眼の深層表層角膜移植を施行した。術後の経過は良好で当院眼科外来で経過を観察していたが，2005年8月，左眼の眼痛と充血を自覚したため再診した。
