視力良好な滲出型加齢黄斑変性に対するトリアムシノロンアセトニド後部テノン囊下注入

要約　目的：視力がよい加齢黄斑変性にトリアムシノロンアセトニド（TA）をテノン囊下に注入した結果の報告。対象と方法：矯正視力が0.6以上の滲出型加齢黄斑変性31眼を対象とした。TA20または40mgをテノン囊下に注入し，6か月以上の経過を観察した。TA投与後の視力が0.5以下になるか，光線力学的療法（PDT）を必要とした症例をKaplan-Meier法での死亡と定義した。結果：TA投与の1年後で15眼（48％）が生存と判定された。漿液性網膜剝離は17眼（55％）で消失した。10眼にPDTが行われたが，それまでの期間は平均6.4か月であった。視力の急性低下は皆無であった。結論：視力が良好な加齢黄斑変性に対し，TA投与は初回治療として価値がある方法である。
