出血性結膜リンパ管拡張症の1例

要約　目的：自然寛解した出血性結膜リンパ管拡張症の症例の報告。症例：5歳女児が1年7か月前からの左眼充血が悪化して受診した。抗アレルギー薬の点眼を受けていた。所見と経過：矯正視力は右1.2，左1.0であり，左眼球結膜に血液が充満した拡張リンパ管と結膜下出血があった。1日2回，非ステロイド性抗炎症薬（NSAID）の点眼を開始した。2週間後にリンパ管内の血液はなくなり，軽度の結膜充血とリンパ管拡張のみになった。結論：出血性結膜リンパ管拡張症は自然寛解することがある。
