Epipolis LASIKの初期手術成績

要約　目的：屈折異常に対して行ったepipolis LASIKの短期成績の報告。対象：近視または近視性乱視に対してepipolis LASIKを行った14例28眼を対象とした。男性6例，女性8例であり，年齢は平均32.6±7.2歳であった。術前の屈折は－2.25D～－9.63D，乱視は0～2.5D，裸眼視力は0.032～0.2，矯正視力はすべて1.0以上であった。結果：治療から3か月後の屈折は，20眼（71％）が目標値の±0.5D以内，27眼（96％）が±1.0D以内であった。Safety indexは1.07，efficacy indexは0.80であった。術中の合併症としてフリーフラップと不完全フラップが各1眼にあり，術後には一過性のhazeが2眼にあった。重篤な術後の合併症はなかった。結論：術後3か月目の成績から，epi-LASIKは安全で有効であると判断される。ノモグラムの改良で手術成績の向上が期待できる。
