中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症

はじめに

　中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症（central serous chorioretinopathy：CSC）は黄斑部に漿液性網膜剝離が起こり，視力障害をきたす疾患であり，古くは中心性網膜炎と呼ばれていた。中年男性に好発し，ストレスやタイプAパーソナリティなどとの関係が指摘されているが現在まで原因は特定されていない。ステロイド療法により引き起こされることもある。典型例では黄斑部に境界鮮明な円形の網膜剝離が観察され，網膜色素上皮の血液網膜関門の破綻が証明される。近年のインドシアニングリーン蛍光眼底造影（IA）を用いた研究により，この疾患は脈絡膜血管障害が二次的に網膜色素上皮を障害することが本態であり，現在では脈絡膜血管病の1つとして認識されている。
