視神経乳頭小窩にみられた網膜神経線維束欠損のOCT像

緒言

　視神経乳頭小窩はWieth^1）が最初に報告した稀な先天性疾患で，25～50％には黄斑部を含んだ漿液性網膜剝離が起こることが知られている。網膜剝離による中心暗点とは別に，本疾患には弓状暗点などの視野異常が網膜神経線維束欠損で起こることも報告されている^2）。

　今回，視神経乳頭小窩に伴う網膜神経線維束欠損の1例をフーリエドメイン光干渉断層計（optical coherence tomograph：OCT）で観察したので報告する。
