手術治療からみた眼瞼解剖

　眼瞼手術を行うためには，まず第一に，眼瞼の解剖を熟知しておく必要がある。近年，多数の研究によって眼瞼解剖の詳細が明らかとなってきたが，それらの知識をアップデートし，実際の手術治療に反映させることは，良好な手術結果を得るために，また安全・確実な手術を遂行するために，非常に有意義である。本稿では，上下眼瞼の解剖を，上眼瞼下垂と退行性下眼瞼内反症を例にとり，その術中所見と比較しながら解説する。
