ヒト免疫不全ウイルス感染者における眼病変

要約　目的：ヒト免疫不全ウイルス感染者の眼症状の検討。対象と方法：2005年までの41か月間に眼科を受診した500例を診療録により調査した。結果：年齢は10～82歳（平均37.4歳）であり，男性が91％，女性が9％であった。初診時のCD4陽性リンパ球数は200/μl未満が48.3％であった。眼病変は146例（29.2％），237眼（部位）（23.7％）にあり，retinal microvasculopathyが最も多く，サイトメガロウイルス網膜炎，免疫再構築症候群がこれに続いた。結論：ヒト免疫不全ウイルス感染に対して多剤併用療法が主流になっている現在でも，眼病変の発症があり注意が必要である。
