眼底自発蛍光

文献概要

　眼底自発蛍光検査は非侵襲的に網膜色素上皮におけるリポフスチンの分布を描出することができる。リポフスチンは視細胞外節の生理的な貪食に伴う代謝産物であり，眼底自発蛍光は網膜色素上皮の代謝機能を反映しているといえる。本稿では眼底自発蛍光検査における各疾患の特徴的な所見や視機能との関連について概説したい。
