網膜静脈閉塞症に伴う黄斑浮腫に対するベバシズマブ硝子体内投与の短期成績

要約　目的：網膜静脈閉塞症に対するベバシズマブ硝子体内投与の短期成績の報告。症例と方法：黄斑浮腫がある網膜静脈分枝閉塞8眼と網膜中心静脈閉塞7眼を対象とした。ベバシズマブ1.25mgを硝子体に注入し，注入前と注入1か月後の所見を光干渉断層計（OCT）で比較した。結果：網膜静脈分枝閉塞症では8眼中6眼（75％），網膜中心静脈閉塞症では7眼中4眼（57％）で黄斑浮腫が改善した。ベバシズマブ硝子体内投与による副作用はなかった。結論：ベバシズマブ硝子体内投与は，網膜静脈閉塞症に伴う黄斑浮腫を軽減させる。
