加齢黄斑変性症に対するベバシズマブ併用光線力学療法

要約　目的：加齢黄斑変性に対し，硝子体内ベバシズマブ注入に光線力学療法を併用した成績の報告。対象と方法：出血性または漿液性網膜色素上皮剝離を伴う加齢黄斑変性6眼6例を対象とした。男性4例，女性2例で，年齢は60～88歳（平均73歳）である。ベバシズマブ1.25mgを硝子体内に注入し，その翌日に光線力学療法を実施した。視力はlogMARで評価した。結果：6か月後の視力は，2眼（33％）で不変，4眼（67％）で2段階以上改善した。網膜色素上皮剝離は5眼で消退した。結論：網膜色素上皮剝離を伴う加齢黄斑変性に対し，硝子体内ベバシズマブ注入と光線力学療法の併用は有効なことがある。
