加齢黄斑変性における眼底自発蛍光の走査型レーザー検眼鏡と眼底カメラ型の違い

要約　目的：加齢黄斑変性の自発蛍光の撮影方法による違いを報告する。対象と方法：加齢黄斑変性36眼を対象とした。萎縮型27眼と新生血管を伴う滲出型9眼である。撮影には眼底カメラ（トプコン）と走査型レーザー検眼鏡（ハイデルベルク）を用いた。結果：萎縮型黄斑変性では，10眼で両装置により過蛍光があり，7眼では走査型レーザー検眼鏡のみで記録された。滲出型黄斑変性では7眼で眼底カメラにより境界が不鮮明な輪状の過蛍光があり，光線力学療法後に境界が鮮明化した。結論：萎縮型加齢黄斑変性では，走査型レーザー検眼鏡で過蛍光が明瞭に描出された。眼底カメラでは，新生血管からの滲出性変化と関係する過蛍光を捉えることができた。
