眼付属器リンパ増殖性疾患の長期予後

要約　目的：眼付属器に生じたリンパ増殖性疾患の長期転帰の報告である。対象と方法：1990年までの11年間に病理診断を行った眼付属器のリンパ増殖性疾患ステージ1の15例を対象とした。男性12例，女性3例で，年齢は39～76歳（平均52歳）であった。発症部位は，6例が結膜，5例が眼窩，2例が眼瞼，2例が結膜と眼窩であった。切除，薬物投与，放射線照射などが14例に行われ，悪性リンパ腫の1例が化学療法を受けていた。当時のパラフィンブロック包埋切片をHE染色で再診断した。2000年にアンケートを行い，再発の有無などを調査した。結果：再診断で14例が悪性リンパ腫，うち13例がMALTリンパ腫であった。診断から平均14.8年後の調査で，死亡例はなかった。結論：眼付属器のリンパ増殖性疾患では，10年以上後の生命転帰が良好であった。
