Duane症候群様の眼球後退症を呈した後天性症例

要約　目的：外眼筋炎により眼球後退症を呈した2症例の報告。症例：1例は55歳女性で，1か月前から複視と頭痛があった。右眼に強い内転障害があり，内転時に眼球が後退し，瞼裂が縮小した。CTで右眼の外直筋に強い肥厚があり，外直筋炎と診断した。ステロイド薬内服で1か月後に内転障害が改善し，眼位が正常化した。他の1例は77歳女性で，3か月前からの霧視と側方視の際に圧迫感があった。右眼に外転と内転制限があり，外転時に眼球が後退し，瞼裂が縮小した。CTで右眼の内直筋に肥厚があり，内直筋炎と診断した。筋炎が強く，ステロイド薬の内服で2年後に外転障害，眼球後退と瞼裂縮小が改善した。結論：眼球後退症が後天性の外筋炎で発症することがある。
