眼圧測定の問題点―真の眼圧値を求めて

 眼圧検査は,眼科診療の基本検査であり,特に緑内障診療では治療効果を判定する重要な検査である。現在の眼圧測定は角膜を介して行われるため,角膜因子の個体差は生体での眼圧測定に影響を及ぼし,眼圧測定値と「真の眼圧」とが乖離する一因となる。
