乳頭出血の臨床的意義

はじめに

　乳頭出血と緑内障の関連報告は，1889年のBjerrumにさかのぼる。1970年代に入りDranceらが，視野欠損を生じた患者の視神経乳頭に線状の出血を認めたと報告して以来，緑内障における乳頭出血の頻度，部位，視野および視神経の進行やリスクに関する多くの研究がなされた。
