網膜海綿状血管腫の1例

緒言

　網膜海綿状血管腫は比較的稀な血管性過誤腫で，小円形の血管瘤がぶどうの房状に集まって形成され，なかには遺伝性を有するもの，皮膚や頭蓋内の血管腫を伴うものもある^1,2）。わが国での報告は20例程度で，黄斑部の報告例はさらに少ない^3～5）。今回，網膜海綿状血管腫の1例を経験し，光干渉断層計（optical coherence tomograph：以下，OCT）検査を行ったので報告する。
