スペクトラルドメイン光干渉断層計（Spectralis^®）を用いて測定した健常眼の黄斑部網膜厚とその検者間での測定誤差

要約　目的：スペクトラルドメイン光干渉断層計（OCT）で測定した健常眼の黄斑部網膜厚と測定誤差の報告。対象と方法：男性6例と女性19例の25例50眼を対象とした。年齢は18～58歳（平均30歳）で，屈折は＋0.5～－5.5D（平均－2.2D）であった。固視点を中心に水平30°，垂直20°の範囲の網膜厚をSpectralis^®で測定した。付属のフォローアップ機能で，第1と第2の検者による測定値を比較した。結果：網膜厚は，中心窩で272.5±16.0 μmであり，傍中心窩と外中心窩では鼻側，上方，下方，耳側の順に厚かった。測定誤差はフォローアップ機能使用時で0.50±0.47％，不使用時で0.70±0.73％であった。結論：スペクトラルドメインOCTで黄斑部網膜厚を測定した。検者間の測定誤差は1％以下であった。
