初回手術で閉鎖しなかった特発性黄斑円孔の形態の変化の検討

要約　目的：初回手術で閉鎖しなかった特発性黄斑円孔の光干渉断層計（OCT）による形態の変化の報告。対象と方法：過去2年間に硝子体手術を行った黄斑円孔62例62眼のうち，初回手術で閉鎖しなかった5例を対象とした。全例に内境界膜剝離を行い，2例には空気，3例にはガスタンポナーデを行った。結果：術前には円孔の縁にcystとfluid cuffが全例にあった。術後には，3例ではこの所見が持続し，2例ではこれが消失していた。結論：術前の円孔縁の所見が同じであっても，術後にはこれが持続する例と消失した例があった。円孔に加わるベクトルの方向の違いが関係している可能性がある。
