フィナステリド（プロペシア^®）服用2.5か月後に生じた中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症の1例

要約　背景：フィナステリドは前立腺肥大症の治療として開発された薬剤で，育毛効果があるため，男性型脱毛症にも用いられる。目的：フィナステリドを10週間服用した後に中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症が発症した症例の報告。症例：35歳男性が7日前からの右眼視力低下で受診した。その10週間前から1日量1mgのフィナステリドを内服していた。所見：右眼視力は0.5（1.0×＋1.0D），左眼視力は2.0であった。右眼黄斑部に漿液性網膜剝離があり，蛍光眼底造影所見から中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症と診断した。光干渉断層計所見は改善せず，初診から2か月後にフィナステリドを中止した。中止から3か月後に黄斑部の網膜剝離が消失し，その6週間後に再発し，5.5か月後に消失した。経過中の矯正視力は1.0であった。結論：フィナステリド内服により中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症が発症した可能性がある。
