正常眼，弱視既往眼，弱視眼の黄斑部網膜厚

要約　目的：正常眼，弱視既往眼，弱視眼での黄斑部網膜厚の報告。対象と方法：3～13歳（平均5.6歳）の幼小児67眼を対象とした。正常眼22眼，弱視既往眼25眼，弱視眼20眼で，屈折は＋2～＋5Dの範囲にあった。黄斑部網膜厚は光干渉断層計（OCT）で測定した。結果：3群間の屈折には有意差がなかった。Foveal minimum，fovea，inner retinaの網膜厚は3群間に有意差がなかった。結論：幼小児の黄斑部網膜厚には，屈折の影響があるouter retina領域を除き，正常眼，弱視既往眼，弱視眼で差がない。
