黄斑浮腫の治療

文献購入ページに移動 黄斑浮腫は実に厄介な病気である。神経細胞が密集し,多くの血流を必要としながら血管の存在しない網膜黄斑部に水分が異常貯留するのである。原因疾患は多種多彩であり,病態も明らかにされていない。にもかかわらず,硝子体手術や網膜光凝固,抗炎症ステロイドや抗VEGF抗体の投与など,病態の解明に先立って治療が行われており,しかもそれなりに満足のいく効果が得られている。本稿では,現状における黄斑浮腫治療を総括するとともに,そこからみえる黄斑浮腫の病態について論じてみたい。
