視認対象の条件悪化に伴う先天色覚異常の色誤認の増加

要約　目的：先天色覚異常による，視認条件の悪化に伴う物体色の色誤認の変化の検討。対象と方法：15～39歳の343人を被検者とした。内訳は，1型2色覚51人，2型2色覚116人，1型3色覚51人，2型3色覚82人，正常色覚43人である。中彩度低明度の12色相の色票で作成した，30mm×30mmの正方形（A票）と直径5mmの円形（B票）の2種類に対する色名呼称検査をした。結果：誤答率はいずれの型でもA票よりB票が高く，異常3色覚のB票では2色覚のA票と同等であった。結論：先天色覚異常では，低明度対象に対する誤答率は2色覚・異常3色覚とも小視角の場合に有意に増加する。異常3色覚でも視認条件の悪化で色誤認が増えることには注意が必要である。
