原発閉塞隅角緑内障の新しい概念

　超音波生体顕微鏡により原発閉塞隅角（緑内障）眼に微小な毛様体脈絡膜剝離を伴う症例が含まれることが発見された。原発閉塞隅角緑内障眼における毛様体脈絡膜剝離は浅前房化による隅角閉塞と関連し，悪性緑内障の原因にもなりうることから治療選択にも重要な意味を持つ。
