緑内障配合剤のメリットとデメリット

　緑内障配合剤のメリットはアドヒアランスを高めることにある。点眼回数の減少，点眼時間の短縮，副作用の軽減により患者のquality of life（QOL）を高めることで，より正しい点眼への参加を促し，ひいては治療効果の向上に反映することができる。ただし，初回処方ではなく基本は単剤併用後に，眼圧下降効果と副作用に注意し，また患者の生活習慣，性格なども十分留意して処方にあたることが肝要である。
