ここが変わった！

以前の常識

●視力1.5が出れば大成功である。

●患者の固視が上手くいかず偏心照射になってしまった。

●角膜フラップはマイクロケラトームで作製する。

現在の常識

●視力とともに高次収差・コントラスト感度などの視機能が大切。

●赤外線によるアイトラッキング（瞳孔中心捕捉）と虹彩紋理認識による回旋補正が可能になった。

●角膜フラップ作製にはフェムトセカンドレーザーに優位性がある。
