ここが変わった！

以前の常識

●原発開放隅角緑内障（狭義）はもとより正常眼圧緑内障でも進行予後因子として眼圧を第1に考えていた。

現在の常識

●正常眼圧緑内障における長期経過から十分な眼圧下降を得られても進行する症例が多く存在する。

●正常眼圧緑内障では，進行予後因子として眼圧非依存性因子も念頭において治療をすべきである。

●さまざまな進行予後因子の中で特に視神経乳頭出血の出現は進行予後因子として際立っている。
