以前の常識

●網膜剝離を伴う未熟児網膜症に対して硝子体手術を行う場合，血管活動性が沈静化してから手術を行う。

現在の常識

●現在ではstage 4A（黄斑外部分剝離）の段階で早期に手術を行う。
