中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症の分類と画像診断

　中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症（central serous chorioretinopathy：CSC）は黄斑部に漿液性網膜剝離（serous retinal detachment：SRD）が生じ，視機能障害をきたす疾患である。タイプAパーソナリティの中年男性に好発し，ストレスや喫煙，副腎皮質ステロイド剤の使用などが発症のリスクとなる^1）。現在日本では，CSCは臨床的に以下のように分類されている^2）。
