緑内障眼のラタノプロスト点眼からタフルプロスト点眼への切替えによる乳頭血流変化

要約　目的：ラタノプロストからタフルプロスト点眼に切替えたときの緑内障眼での乳頭微小循環の変化の報告。対象と方法：広義の原発開放隅角緑内障20例20眼を対象とした。年齢は43～78歳（平均66歳）である。ラタノプロスト点眼中とタフルプロストに切替えてから1か月と3か月後に乳頭の微小循環を，乳頭全体と上下の耳鼻側で測定した。測定にはレーザースペックル血流計を用い，mean blur rateを指標とした。結果：眼圧，血圧，眼灌流圧には切替え前後で差がなかった。血流量は，切替えの3か月後に乳頭の各部位で有意に増加した（p＝0.005～0.048）。結論：ラタノプロストからタフルプロスト点眼に切替えてから3か月後に，緑内障眼での乳頭微小循環が有意に増加した。
