特発性黄斑部毛細血管拡張症に対するラニビズマブ硝子体内注射の短期治療成績

要約　目的：特発性黄斑部毛細血管拡張症に対するラニビズマブ硝子体内注射の短期治療成績の報告。対象と方法：特発性黄斑部毛細血管拡張症9例9眼を対象とした。男性5例，女性4例で，年齢は54～85歳（平均63歳）である。全例がYannuzzi分類の1型であった。視力はlogMARで評価し，中心窩網膜厚はスペクトラルドメイン光干渉断層計で測定した。3か月までの経過を追った。結果：3か月間に平均1.8回の硝子体内注射を行った。術前の視力は平均0.19±0.11で，1か月後と3か月後には有意に改善した（p＜0.01）。中心窩網膜厚は1か月後に有意に改善し（p＜0.05），3か月後には有意差がなかった。結論：特発性黄斑部毛細血管拡張症に対するラニビズマブ硝子体内注射は短期的には有効である可能性が示されたが，さらに併用療法の検討も必要である。
