網膜硝子体癒着と加齢黄斑変性

　網膜硝子体癒着はさまざまな網膜疾患に関与しており，それらの疾患では，治療のために網膜硝子体牽引の解除が行われている。近年，網膜硝子体癒着と加齢黄斑変性との関連が注目されるようになり，いくつかの事実が明らかになってきた。網膜硝子体癒着の解除が加齢黄斑変性の病態を改善するのではないかと期待されている。
