Point

1．ドライマウスの治療薬であるアセチルコリンM3受容体アゴニストは，涙腺にも働き，涙液分泌を促進する。

2．オメガ3，6脂肪酸サプリメントの内服は，涙液分泌，BUTの改善だけでなく抗炎症作用も期待できる。

3．内服薬のドライアイに対する効果は限定的であり，点眼治療に付加的に行うものである。
