角膜内皮炎

Point

1．角膜内皮に炎症の主座がある病態で，角膜実質，上皮浮腫の部位に一致した白色小型の角膜後面沈着物を特徴とする。

2．単純ヘルペスウイルスや帯状疱疹ウイルス，サイトメガロウイルスなどの感染が原因と考えられており，角膜内皮細胞障害が起きる。

3．診断は眼所見に加え，PCR検査による前房水中のウイルスDNAの検出による。

4．抗ウイルス薬の全身投与あるいは局所投与に加えて，ステロイドの局所点眼が基本的な治療法である。
