広範囲な前眼部障害に対する角膜移植

Point

1．角膜移植術が禁忌とされていた角膜輪部上皮幹細胞疲弊症眼に対して，培養自己輪部上皮，口腔粘膜上皮移植後に角膜移植を行うことが可能となっている。

2．本治療法はドライアイが極端に強い場合や高度の瞼球癒着がある場合は予後が必ずしも良好ではない。

3．角膜および強膜の広範囲な障害に対して強角膜移植術が適応となる場合があるが，術後の高眼圧と高い拒絶反応発生率の問題があるため，高い視機能を期待する手術ではない。
