Point

1．角膜上皮移植の適応疾患は角膜上皮幹細胞疲弊症である。

2．角膜上皮幹細胞疲弊症に対して，以前から行われている輪部移植は拒絶反応のため，長期予後が不良であることが知られている。

3．角膜上皮幹細胞疲弊症に対して培養口腔粘膜上皮細胞シート移植が臨床応用されている。
