角膜内皮移植の適応

Point

1．水疱性角膜症，全層あるいは角膜内皮移植術後の移植片不全が適応であり，第一選択となりつつある。

2．強い角膜実質混濁のある症例は術後も混濁が残存して視力に影響を及ぼす。

3．前房の浅い症例および空気タンポナーデが困難と予想される症例は難症例である。

4．難症例であっても，工夫することで角膜内皮移植術が可能となる場合がある。
