難症例に対する角膜内皮移植

Point

1．ダブルグライド法は前房深度の浅い症例では特に有効である。

2．硝子体手術用インフュージョン装着は無水晶体眼に対して有効である。

3．無水晶体眼で眼圧が1桁前半の場合，ドナー角膜脱落の危険がある。

4．濾過手術後，硝子体手術後はドナー角膜脱落のリスクファクターである。

5．ドナー角膜縫着は接着不良時に有効である。
