はじめに

　角膜内皮移植術（Descemet's stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty：DSAEK）の問題点の1つとして，ドナー挿入時に生じる大幅な内皮障害が挙げられる。この問題点を克服し，安全・確実に角膜内皮ドナーを前房内へ挿入するために，DSAEK専用のドナー挿入器具の開発が急ピッチで進んでいる。
