Point

1．人工角膜はPKPのハイリスク症例に対する治療法として開発されてきた。

2．Boston Keratoprosthesisは，これまでの人工角膜と比べて，手術手技が簡便である。

3．術後合併症の予防には，Boston Keratoprosthesisの手術適応と術後管理について十分な理解が必要である。
