Point

1．PRKはLASIKに比べて短期成績で劣るが，長期成績では近視化が少なく，屈折状態が長期に安定している可能性がある。

2．フェムト秒レーザーの応用により，屈折矯正手術のみならず，白内障手術，角膜移植でより精度の高い手術が可能になる。

3．有水晶体眼内レンズは，今後，レンズの改良により合併症が少なくなる可能性が高い。
