水疱性角膜症の上皮下混濁

Point

1．水疱性角膜症では内皮機能不全による実質浮腫をきたすが，種々の病理組織学的変化をきたしている。

2．上皮下に線維性組織形成や筋線維芽細胞の発現など，瘢痕形成を示す変化が現れる。

3．瘢痕性変化は実質浮腫発生後12か月以降に生じることが多いことから，水疱性角膜症は病理組織学的には進行性疾患であると考えている。

4．この病理組織学的変化は角膜内皮移植後の視機能にも影響していることがある。
