Point

1．肥満細胞再構築マウスを用いた研究により肥満細胞の結膜アレルギーにおける解析が進んできている。

2．肥満細胞の活性化にはケモカインレセプターからの補助刺激が必要である。

3．Th2反応の活性化に関与するIL-33は結膜アレルギーにおける炎症の増幅に関与する。

4．好塩基球は抗原提示細胞として働くことにより，結膜アレルギーを遷延化させる。
