眼にやさしい眼瞼腫瘍の切除後再建

　眼瞼に悪性腫瘍ができた場合，その治療の過程で眼瞼の組織が欠損する。眼表面は知覚的に非常に敏感であり，また眼部の恒常性維持という観点から，術後の「視機能の質」を意識した再建が求められる。眼瞼後葉の再建において「瞼板」をいかに使いこなせるかが，「眼にやさしい眼瞼再建」のカギとなる。
