開放性眼外傷の予後予測因子の検討

要約　目的：開放性眼外傷の視力転帰に関係する要因の報告。対象と方法：過去10年間に初回手術を行った眼外傷84例84眼を対象とした。男性71例，女性13例で，ほぼ全例が受傷当日に受診していた。The Ocular Trauma Classification Group（1997）に従って，外傷の到達部位，角膜穿孔創の大きさ，網膜剝離の有無の各因子を評価した。結果：今回の症例群では，作業中の受傷，男性，50歳台が多かった。最終視力の不良化要因は，受傷または到達部位が眼球の後方にあること，初診時視力が不良であること，角膜創が大きいこと，網膜剝離の併発であった。結論：開放性眼外傷の視力予後の推定には，Ocular Trauma Classification Groupの分類が有用である。
