はじめに

　前回は角膜上皮の創傷治癒，そして前々回は涙液の生理活性物質をみてきた。そして今回は角膜実質の創傷治癒にどのような生理活性物質がかかわっているのかをみてみたい。そして，角膜実質の病態に角膜上皮と涙液がいかに重要な働きを担っているのかを確認したい。
