近赤外ハイパースペクトルイメージング装置を用いたポリープ状脈絡膜血管症の画像化

要約　背景：ポリープ状脈絡膜血管症（PCV）の診断にはインドシアニングリーン（ICG）蛍光造影が必要であるが，薬剤アレルギーなどの問題があり，より低侵襲な検査が望まれる。目的：造影剤を使わない近赤外ハイパースペクトル画像化装置を作製し，PCVの検出を試みた結果の報告。対象と方法：PCV 11例11眼を対象とした。男性8例，女性3例で，平均年齢は71歳である。本装置で得られたスペクトルの相対反射率を計算，画像化し，ICG蛍光造影画像と比較した。結果：ポリープのスペクトル反射率は正常部よりも低く，相対反射率も測定光の長波長化に伴って低下した。この特徴を利用して開発した彩色方法では，10眼でICG蛍光画像が示すポリープと彩色部が一致した。結論：近赤外ハイパースペクトル画像化装置はPCVの検出に有望である。
