ガスタンポナーデを用いない分層黄斑円孔の手術成績

要約　目的：分層黄斑円孔に対し，ガスタンポナーデを用いない硝子体手術を行った成績の報告。対象と方法：過去54か月間に硝子体手術を行った分層黄斑円孔14例14眼を対象とした。男性3例，女性11例で，平均年齢は59歳である。ガスタンポナーデを用いず，20Gカッターで硝子体を切除し，内境界膜を剝離した。光干渉断層計（OCT）で術前後の所見を観察し，平均26か月の術後経過を追った。結果：術後のOCT所見は12例（86％）で改善し，2例（14％）で不変であった。改善するまでの術後期間は，平均4週であった。改善した症例のうち1例で，閉鎖後1年後に黄斑円孔が再発した。結論：分層黄斑円孔に対し，ガスタンポナーデを用いない硝子体手術で，高率の円孔閉鎖が得られた。
